Processing applications to register the prosecution authorization by the government agencies under subseksyen 376(3) and paragraph 377(b) Criminal Procedure Code [Akta 593] for appointment as Deputy Public Prosecutor and Prosecution Officer;

Perusing investigation papers and giving advice and further instructions to all State Prosecution Department and enforcement agencies in relation to investigations, and criminal prosecution, to institute prosecutions and preparation of cases for trial and appeals.
